Dr. William A. Argus, MD

Glaucoma & Cataract Specialist in Northeast Indiana 


Dr. Argus is proud to be the first and only glaucoma specialist serving Northeast Indiana since early 1990's. A recognized leader in his field, he pioneered the use of corneal thickness measurements to improve the diagnosis and management of glaucoma-an innovation that continues to shape modern eye care. 

In addition to his expertise in glaucoma treatment, Dr. Argus offers advanced cataract surgery using the latest intraocular lens technologies, helping patients achieve clearer vision and improved quality of life. 


Education & Training 


Dr. Argus completed his medical education at Indiana University and Methodist Hospital, followed by a prestigious glaucoma fellowship at the University of Iowa Hospitals and Clinics.

Dr. Allison Treleaven, OD

Optometric Physician | Ocular Disease Specialist


Dr. Treleaven is a Fort Wayne native who joined Fort Wayne Cataract and Glaucoma in 2020. She brings a strong academic foundation and a deep commitment to patient care, with a special focus on managing complex ocular diseases. 

She earned her undergraduate degree from Westminster College, followed by both her Doctor of Optometry and Master of Vision Science from Ohio State University in 2016. Dr. Treleaven continued her training with a residency in low vision and geriatric optometry at the Birmingham VA Medical Center, completed in 2017. In recognition of her clinical excellence, she was awarded Fellowship status by the American Academy of Optometry in 

2019.

Dr. Frye has been a valued member of Fort Wayne Cataract & Glaucoma since 2016. She earned her Doctor of Optometry degree from Indiana University and holds board certification from the American Board of Optometry, affirming her commitment to clinical 

excellence. 


Nationally credentialed to diagnose and treat a wide range of eye health conditions, Dr. Frye provides exceptional care tailored to each patient's unique needs.

Dr. Christine Kennedy, OD

Dr. Kennedy joined Fort Wayne Cataract and Glaucoma in 2018, bringing over a decade of diverse clinical experience from practices in Michigan, Georgia, and Tennessee. Now serving the Fort Wayne community, she offers expert care through thorough and personalized eye 

exams. 



A graduate of the Michigan College of Optometry at Ferris State University, Dr. Kennedy earned her Doctor of Optometry degree in 2005. She is especially enthusiastic about Dry Eye management, helping patients find lasting relief and improved comfort through tailored treatment plans.
