We are delighted to welcome you to our ophthalmology office. We appreciate your trust in us to care for your eye health. Our team of dedicated professionals is committed to providing you with the highest quality medical care in a compassionate and comfortable environment.


Whether you are here for a consultation or treatment for an eye condition, our knowledgeable staff will ensure that your experience is both positive and informative.


During your visit, please let us know if you have any questions or concerns. We encourage open communication and are here to support you every step of the way. Ensuring your comfort and satisfaction is important to us.If you do not have Insurance, payment is due the day of service. If you do not bring your insurance cards, you will be treated as a self-pay patient and be expected to pay that day.


Your initial appointment with us will last approximately 1-1/2 hours. Your eyes may be dilated, and we recommend that you bring your sunglasses and someone to drive you if you home, after your appointment. Also, it is your responsibility to bring someone to assist you throughout the appointment if you have mobility or restroom needs, as we do not provide staff to assist with this.

Listed below is a list of things to expect at your appointment.

  • If you are a contact wearer, please do not wear them to this appointment, wear your glasses.
  • If you are coming in for a cataract evaluation you must stop wearing your GPL (hard Lenses) of 4 weeks and soft contacts for a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your appointment, please call with any questions or if you have not done this.
  • Bring your glasses to your appointment.
  • Take your usual medications, including eye drops, the day of the appointment.
  • Bring all your Medical Insurance cards and your picture ID to the appointment.
  • Bring New Patient Papers, Completed, to the appointment.
  • Bring an updated List of Medications to the appointment.
  • If you need assistance before your appointment, or would like more information about our services, please do not hesitate to contact our office.
  • This appointment is for an evaluation; you will not have surgery the same day.
